Beger Repair Mortar

Step 1 Surface Preparation

1. Clean all dust, rust, grease, and dirt on the surface.

2. The spalling surface should be peeled off before repair.

3. An area with damaged reinforcement steel should be cleaned and coated with an antirust product before repair

4. Sprinkle water on the surface to be used to maintain the appropriate moisture.

Step 2 Mixing and  Using

1. Mix Beger Repair Mortar 5 kg (1 bag) with 1-1.25 ml of water (20-24%). 

2. Mix it thoroughly with a low-speed drill (400-600 rpm). For a small amount of mixing, you can use a trowel instead.     

3. After mixing, let it set for approximately 3-5 minutes to become more homogeneous.

4. Plaster the mixture on the surface needed to repair.

Caution: This product contains Portland cement and other mixtures, so you should wear protective equipment while working to ensure safety.
