Beger Industrial Lacquer / Beger Lacquer Primer Surface

Step 1 Surface Preparation

Wood Surface
New Surface : Sand and clean the surface unt it is free from dust and grease.
Old Surface : Lightly sand the existing paint film with abrasive paper to improve adhesion.(If the old film is severely deteriorated, sand it off completely.) Clean the surface thoroughly.

Use Beger Wood Filler to fill cracks, holes, and wood grain. Sand the area until smooth, then clean the surface again.

Metal Surface
New Surface : Sand and clean the surface until it is free from dust, rust and grease.
Old Surface : Lightly sand the existing paint film with abrasive paper to improve adhesion. (If the old film is severely deteriorated, sand it off completely.) Clean the surface thoroughly.

Step 2 Primer Application

Wood Surface
Apply Beger Lacquer Primer Surface (White or Grey) by spray or brush in 1-2 coats. (In case of wood with resin or tannin, clean the resin using Thinner Bull AAA and apply 1 coat of Beger B-5000 Polyurethane 2K or Beger Wood Sealer B-2000. Allow to dry for at least 24 hours to block the tannin before applying Beger Lacquer Primer Surface.)

Metal Surface
Apply Beger Lacquer Primer Surface (White or Grey) by spray or brush in 1-2 coats. (In case of glossy metals, alloys, galvanized metals or similar materials, apply Beger Wash Primer or Bull Rust Tech 2in1 1 coat and allow to dry at least 4 hours before apply Beger Lacquer Primer Surface.)

Step 3 Topcoat Application

Apply by brush or spray with Beger Industrial Lacquer 2-3 coats.
