BegerShield Weatherguard Primer E-4000

Step 1 Surface Preparation

New Surface:

Completely dry and clean the surface. 

Problemed Surface:

If the surface has problems, it should be fixed before painting.    

- For crack surfaces, remove all gravel and stone, expand the cracks, and fill with Beger filler. After drying, sand with sandpaper and clean the surfaces before painting.

- For old painted surfaces, remove old paint films with a trowel, wire brush, or Beger Unisoft. Clean the surfaces with a high-pressure washer and leave them to dry before painting.

- For fungus and algae on surfaces, remove fungi and algae with a trowel, wire brush, and high-pressure washer. At last, apply Beger Mould Free M-001.

Step 2 Applying Primer

Apply Beger Pro Quick Primer B-1900 for old concrete. 

Apply BegerShield Weatherguard Primer E-4000 for new concrete.

Step 3 Painting

Apply BegerShield Weatherguard for 2-3 coats. Moisture should be less than 14%, and new concrete should be left to dry for at least 28 days.
