4.5 Any other person or persons required by law: in the event that there are laws, rules, relevant regulations, orders of government agencies, regulatory authorities, or orders of judicial authorities for the Company to disclose your personal information, the Company is obliged to disclose such personal information.

4.6 Assignee of rights or duties from the Company: in the event that the Company wishes to assign its rights and obligations including partial or full business transfer, merger, and restructuring of the Company’s shareholding, the Company will be required to disclose your personal information to the transferee (including potential transferees). In this regard, the rights and obligations of the transferee with respect to your personal data will also be in accordance with this Policy.

However, the disclosure of information under Clauses 4.1 to 4.6 above may either be a disclosure within Thailand or a disclosure to a foreign country.”

5.2 Access to information: you have the right to request access to your personal data held by the Company and to obtain a copy of those personal data or to request that the Company transmit personal data to the data subject or another personal data controller (If such information is in a form where such action is possible). You can also request that the Company disclose the acquisition of your personal data if such information is information that you do not consent to the collection.

5.3 Objection: you have the right to object to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information if the information is collected by the Company without your consent or the information is collected, used, or disclosed for direct marketing or research purposes.

5.4 Deletion, destruction, or suspension of use: you have the right to request the Company to delete, destroy or suspend the use of your personal data held by the Company or request that the Company processes such information as non-identifiable information if you withdraw or object to the collection, use or disclosure of personal information about you or when it is not required to retain, use, or disclose for the purposes for which you have given your consent or when the Company does not comply with the laws governing Personal Data Protection.

5.5 Correction: You have the right to request the Company to correct your personal information held by the Company to be accurate, current, complete, and not misleading.

5.6 Withdrawal of consent: you have the right to withdraw your consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data. However, the withdrawal of your consent will not affect the collection, use or disclosure of personal information to which you have previously given consent. In this regard, such consent withdrawal may prevent the Company from continuing to provide services to you.

In exercising your rights, you acknowledge that your rights as the subject of personal data set forth in Clauses 5.1 to 5.6 above are limited by applicable law and the Company may refuse to exercise your rights if it has legitimate grounds to refuse the exercise of such rights from this form.”

The Company will retain your personal information for the minimum period required by applicable law, which, presently is for the period of at least 10 years after the Company has terminated its relationship with you as its customer.
