Beger Concrete Sealer

Step 1 Surface Preparation

• New surfaces should be removed all dirt following the ISO 8504.
• For painted surfaces, clean with water jetting at WJ3 level (NACE No.5/SSPC-SP12) or scrub with a grinding or polishing machine to clean the surface or to prepare the surface before painting.
• For concrete, resurface by shot blasting to remove all dirt or clean with 10% concentrated HCL mixing in a ratio of acid 3: water 1. Stir the mixture and apply over the top surface. Leave it to dry for 5-10 minutes and wash off with water 1-2 times or use a high-pressure washer (150 Bar) to remove all dirt.

Step 2 Priming

Apply Beger Concrete Sealer Epoxy 2K Primer with a mixing ratio of A: B = 4: 1. Each coat should be let dry for at least 6 hours.

Step 3 Top Coating

Apply Epoxy and Polyurethane paint such as Beger Floorathane, Beger FlooraGuard, or Beger Duramel.
