Step 1 Surface Preparation

1.1 For painted wood with peeling or old unpainted wood, sand with sandpaper to the wood surface. For new wood, sand off the splinter and clean dust, stain, and oil on the wood surface.    

1.2 Gently sand with sandpaper no.320 to the wood surface if the paint film still looks good, and then clean dust, stain, and oil on the wood surface.  

1.3 Wood with gum tree should be cleaned with Beger Thinner M-77.

1.4 Holes or nail heads should be filled with Beger Wood filler. After 30 minutes, scrub with sandpaper and clean properly.

Step 2 Applying Primer

No need to apply a primer.

Step 3 Painting

3.1 Thoroughly stir the paint content from the bottom up to the top of the bucket before and while painting.

3.2 Application with thinner is not necessary, but under the high temperature, it should mix with Beger Thinner M-1199 for up to 5-10%. 

3.3 A brush saturated with paint is not recommended, use a slightly damp brush for application.

3.4 Apply evenly along the wood texture and then black-brushed to ensure proper penetration and coverage.

3.5 Apply for at least 2 coats, and leave each coat to dry for at least 6-8 hours.
