Ben-Tone Plus Grey Iron Oxide Primer G-5001

Step 1 Surface Preparation

Clean and remove all dirt, dust, grease, and rust on the surfaces. Rust and old painted film should be sanded with fine sandpaper and then clean all dust. Deteriorated film should be removed by paint remover, Beger Unisoft 9119.

Step 2 Priming

Metal Surfaces:

Apply anti-rust primer, Ben-Tone G-5001, for 1 coat.

Wood Surfaces:

Apply wood primer, Ben-Tone G-1600, for 1 coat.

Concrete Surfaces: 

Apply alkali-resisting primer, Ben-Tone E-1000, for 1 coat.

Step 3 Top Coating

Apply Ben-Tone Super Gloss Enamel for 2 coats. Leave the first coat to dry for 6-8 hours before applying the next coat.
