Aluminum wood primer for wood surfaces with tannin

BegerShield Supergloss Enamel Primer B-977 is a low-odor solvent-based primer with an aluminum varnish formula & free from lead and mercury. It can protect the wood surface from the tannin and provides excellent adhesion power, fast drying, and smooth application.

Direction of Use

Step 1 Surface Preparation

Clean all dirt, dust, grease, and stains on the surfaces. Besides, sand the surface with fine sandpaper and clean all dust. Deteriorated or old paint film should be sanded or removed by paint remover, Beger Unisoft 9119.

 

Step 2 Priming

Apply aluminum wood primer, BegerShield B-977, for 1-2 coats and leave it for at least 6-8 hours before recoating. 

Step 3 Top Coating

Apply BegerShield Supergloss Enamel for 2 coats. Leave the first coat to dry for 8-10 hours before applying the next coat.
