BegerCool INSULATING Primer #9000

Step 1 Surface Preparation

New Surface:

Completely dry the surface for at least 1 month. Moisture should be less than 14%.

Old Surface:

Scrub off the old paint and clear fungus and algae on surfaces with Beger Mouldfree M-001.

Caution: Before applying your paint, wash the surfaces and remove dust, cement fragment, stain, or oil. The cracking on the wall should be filled with Beger Acrylic Filler F-200.

Step 2 Applying Primer

New Surface:

Apply BegerCool Primer #9000 for 1 coat and leave it to dry for at least 3 hours before painting.

Old Surface:

Apply Beger Pro Quick Primer B-1900 for 1 coat and leave it to dry for at least 6-8 hours. If you need to enhance surface protection, apply BegerCool primer #9000 for 1-2 coats and leave it to dry for at least 3 hours.

*Moisture of more than 14% but not more than 35% should be applied to Beger WaterBlock W-010 and leave it to dry for at least 3-4 hours, then apply Beger Ultrahigh Primer B-2100 and leave it to dry for at least 6-8 hours before painting.

Step 3 Painting 

Apply BegerCool Flex for 2 coats (a minimum film thickness of 70 microns per coat). Leave it to dry for at least 2-3 hours before starting the next coat.
